Victoria poet challenges men to speak out against male violence towards women and rape culture

This is a beautiful piece by Victoria poet, Jeremy Loveday, challenging men to speak out against male violence towards women and rape culture.
I have made a commitment in my life, and in my role as a political representative, to be an ally to women, and to, as Jeremy says, "be courageous, to speak up, and be more than a bystander.”
The White Ribbon campaign has a pledge men can sign, to "never commit, condone, or remain silent about violence against women". Take the pledge here: http://www.whiteribbon.ca/pledge/
